Huddersfield Sign Keigan Parker on free transfer
The speculation is over Keigan Parker is now officially a Blue!
Stan Ternent has made his first signing as town boss, and a very good one at that. Beating off stiff competition from Championship clubs Southampton, Swansea and Notts Forest and rumoured interest from Wolfsburg and Aberdeen!!
This is surely going to delight the majority of fans, whilst others may disagree.
Parker will sign when his contract at Blackpool expires and subject to passing a medical (fingers crossed)
Parker joined Blackpool from St Johnstone on a free transfer in 2004 and helped his team gain promotion to the Championship in 2006/7 by scoring 16 goals.
Including a spectacular winner in the play off final, Robbie Williams with the other goal in that game.
Manager Stan Ternent told the club's official website: 'He gives us another option up front and he is genuinely quick. He is proven at this level of football.
'We're really pleased to have him here but there are more to come.'
So there we have it, Parker confirmed who's next at the Galpharm?

Ayee..Well Lee Martin has been sacked due to his poor affects on injury recoverys so theres a glimmer of new hope.Notice Ternent says "anouther option" he oviously isn't building this team around parker.Hes just a additional strong improvment signing...So theres more to come !!

I didnt know lee martin had bee sacked! Doh! Well good news who are we getting to replace him then? Shall i guess? Lol Is he from Burnley? Only Joking! Ternent will i'm sure build the best squad we've had for ages!!

Good Luck Keigan,you have a pacy player but needs 10 chances to score 1 and has a tendency to fall over in the box and like your article says is proven at League One level.If ST can look after him you will have made yourselves a good signing .

Thanks Pickering! I've seen Blackpool a few times in recent years , Parker is a skillful nippy flair player, I'm personally happy he has signed here! ST will sort him out and keep a close eye on him! FL1 teams beware we are storming this year.
