Town manager Lee Clark has been busy talking to Hartlepool manager Chris Turner as now Joe Skarz has also joined the monkey hangers on a loan deal until the end of the season!
Skarz of course hasn't featured for the first team for quite a while now due to the impressive form of Robbie Williams, arguably the most improved player under Clark's regime.
Joe didn't have a happy time out last time at Hartlepool being on the end of a cruel 5-3 defeat and taking the blame from many sections for at least 3 of the goals conceded that day.
Town Chief Lee Clark told the official site:-
'Allowing Joe to leave the club on loan is designed purely to get him some high standard first team football, both for his own development and so that we can have a look at him in competetive action'
Sounds very much like he will be on trial though?
Clark also spoke of the other loaned out players adding:-
'some of the other players have left the club on loan recently because they are not part of my long-term plans but Joe doesn't fall into that category. We will have him watched in every game'
That starts on Friday evening when Skarz will be hoping for a start alongside Parker against Southend United.
Does this mean that Clark will be also watching Parker?
Could they both be sacrificed in the summer if they dont perform?
