HTFC- Stead to return To Town?

Following Roy Keane's appointment at Ipswich could this spell the end for ex-Town striker Jonathan Stead?

Keane of course shipped Stead out when he was the Sunderland boss, and now finds himself again with the striker on his books.

It is no secret that Town were keen to resign Stead last season, however he joined Ipswich instead initially on loan, before later completing a permanant deal at Portman Road.

Stead is rated by some Ipswich fans, but not by others.

It will remain to be seen if Lee Clark makes a move for the Ex-Town apprentice, but Roy Keane's arrival could see the striker move on again onto pastures new.

No way, 99% of the Town fans love Stead. He has found his club at Ipswich, and Keane only had to sell him to Sunderland when he took over because Sheffield United were in the Premiership, no manager would have denied him that chance.

Odd terrier09? He's well publicised himself as being a Town fan and spent alot of time at the Galpharm supporting when he was at Blackburn. Your source is unreliable. Having said that.......don't think i'd want him anyway, he aint really matched the expected potential since leaving us.....maybe his now experience might benefit us tho??? Interesting one.
