HTFC - Kelly staying on Mersyside
Martin Kelly will not be wearing a Town shirt again, just yet.
Liverpool manager Rafa Benitez has decided after watching the youngster in pre-season, and following his sparkling form whilst on loan at The Terriers, to keep the young versatile defender in his squad ahead of the champions league campaign.
Town manager Lee Clark and Town fans alike will obviously be disappointed at the news, but we all wish Martin luck and thank him for the glimmer of quality he showed last season.
Lee Clark must now move onto other possible targets, whilst keeping his cards close to his chest the manager admitted to the clubs official website
'We are always looking and the backing is there from the owner, but they have to be the right quality and the right character. I can't say what will definately happen but we are all working on one or two'
So perhaps another hint from the gaffer, but as to who else may be coming, we will all have to wait and see
