Huddersfield Town are to follow suit, after Rochdale complained about the state of the pitch at the Don Valley Stadium.
Town Gaffer, Lee Clark has added to Keith Hill(the Rochdale Manager's) complaints and concerns about the playing surface at the Stadium.
Speaking to the BBC after their win over the Millers last night, Lee Clark said:-
'Professional football shouldn't be played on that pitch. It was worse than a parks pitch. The pitch was so uneven that it is very easy to twist ankles or to slip over and cause injury. I'm glad we won the game because if we'd lost then it would have been difficult for me to talk about it.
'I went to see the referee an hour before kick-off to tell him my concerns and to make sure he knew them. We will be putting our disappointment about the quality of the pitch in written form.
'We are not having a go at anyone from Rotherham United because it's a situation with the stadium.'
Having been at the game on Tuesday night, I have to agree with Lee, and lets hope that Rotherham can get it sorted, or they could face some harsh words from the FA.
