Fan Favourite Lee Novak has been ruled out for at least two weeks following a knee injury picked up in the dying minutes against Norwich City
The 21 year old former Gateshead player suffered a knee injury trying to break down a Norwich attack.
Novak was sent to a specialist and scans revealed that there was no tear however he will definately be missing for this weekends trip to Leyton Orient and the next home game against Charlton.
Lee Clark explained the diagnosis to htafc.com:-
"There is no tear to any of the ligaments and that`s very good news.
"Obviously, he is still on crutches and in a fair bit of pain, and the specialist says he is suffering severe inflammation.
"What we need to do is give him a couple of weeks to let the swelling go and for everything to settle down, and we`ll see what the procedure is from there."
So with Novak sidelined and Robbie Simpson still sidelined, Clark has had his options cut back to Rhodes and Robinson as the only two fit strikers at the club.
It is now up to Theo to grab his chance and hopefully recapture his early season goal scoring form.
