AFC Bournemouth defender Charlie Daniels believes the Cherries can end their run of games without a win over Huddersfield.
The Cherries haven't beaten Huddersfield since January 1993, but Daniels doesn't believe anything can be read into historic stats and was quick to point out that AFC Bournemouth hadn't beaten Leyton Orient at Brisbane Road since May 1947, but were able to end that run earlier this season.
Daniels told afcb.co.uk...
'...I know that we haven't beaten Huddersfield for a lot of years, but I also know that when Bournemouth went to Orient, they hadn't won there in the league for a ridiculous amount of years, but won 3-1. Those stats are always there to be broken, and there is no time like the present to do that.
'Huddersfield have been on an incredible run, but they have lost now, so they will be looking to bounce back, but we are looking to go there and get the three points and keep up our own run.
'I've already played at Huddersfield this season with Orient and we got a draw, and with the team we have, there is no reason why we can't go up there and get the win we want.'
