HTAFC: Higginbotham recalled by Grayson
Simon Grayson has recalled Kallum Higginbotham from his emergency loan at Championship side Barnsley.
The 22 year-old deadline day signing from Falkirk moved out on loan to Barnsley in March and has played 5 games for the Tykes.
However with Town facing the play-offs, Simon Grayson has decided to have him back on board at Town as he aims to experiment in the final two league games in preparation for the semi-final meeting with MK Dons.
Huddersfield Town Manager Simon Grayson commented to htafc.com:
'We allowed Kallum to go out to get games and time on the pitch at a good level and he has done well during his time at Barnsley, so the loan has totally served its purpose.'
He will now return to us with some form and first team action behind him and I am keen to see what he can do for us in the run-in to the Play-Offs. Kallum will return to the squad and compete for a starting place. It's a great time to come back in and there is a wonderful opportunity for him to make a real difference and impact.'
'Higgs' has made just two appearances for Town since joining from Falkirk, one appearance under ex-boss Lee Clark and a sub appearance under Grayson.
