Reading defender Sean Morrison has made clear his desire to return to Huddersfield Town for the 2012/13 season and beyond.
Morrison spent the second half of the season on-loan with Huddersfield and featured in every minute of every game and impressed other players, fans and hopefully management alike
Simon Grayson commented:-
'Sean has done well here, but there are a number of factors to take into account before we make any move in that direction.
'It's all a bit of a jigsaw in the sense that sometimes a number if pieces have to fall into place for a deal to happen.'
The 21 year-old defender does not expect to be able to break into Reading's Premier league Plans for next season and he would love a return to Huddersfield.
Morrison still has two years remaining on his Reading contract and although he expects to start pre-season training with Reading he is hoping a return to Town could be on the cards.
Morrison was quoted as saying:-
I`ve no idea what the future might hold and whether I might come back - that will be down to the chairman here and the chairman at Reading I suppose,"
"I will go back to Reading for pre-season and do the first few weeks there and see what happens.
"To be honest, I don`t expect to break through into Reading`s Premiership team when I haven`t played a Championship league game. I`m not naive enough to believe that will happen.
"Now Huddersfield are a Championship team I would love to come here, of course I would.
"The fans have been brilliant with me, the gaffer has looked after me and the chairman has been excellent.
"I`ve not got a bad word to say about Huddersfield, the place or the people, and the club is fantastic. Out of all the places I`ve been this is probably the most friendly I`ve ever experienced.
#Wooldy #flames indeed.
The player has certainly made many friends and settled in well with the rest of the Town dressing room, I for one would hope to make him my first signing should I be in charge.
Fingers crossed before a ball is kicked next season Sean Morrison is a Huddersfield Town player one way or another.
