2012/13 Huddersfield Squad numbers announced.

Huddersfield Town returned to training this week and with the players return came the confirmation of this seasons squad numbers!

We often look into the numbers allocated to see if we can guess who may be coming in and who potentially may be leaving!

New boy Paul Dixon has taken the number 3 shirt, so he could well be the 1st choice left-back.

Oliver Norwood takes the number 4 and Adam Clayton takes 8, so central midfield combo sorted.

Sean Scannell gets the number 7 shirt, so will that mean he plays mainly on the wing?

Antony Kay drops to number 20, with a rumoured move to Birmingham or Tranmere in the offing, he is one we perhaps all expect to leave before the season kick's off.

Lee Novak has been promoted to the club's number 9 for this season, whilst Jamie McCombe vacates the number 6 shirt and takes 18 for this season; again another we would probably expect to leave before the season is underway.

The number 6 remaining vacant could mean we are set to see another defender/midfielder sign - many rumouring Dorian Dervite or Lee Peltier to be that man.
