Terriers clinging on to Rhodes
JORDAN RHODES is back among the goals; for Huddersfield Town!
Not many outside of Huddersfield would have predicted that the 40 goal hitman would have started the season with Huddersfield Town; however manager Simon Grayson is insistent that the club's stance remains the same.
That stance is that only a 'serious offer' could convince the club to sell their prize striker.
The 22-year-old has been linked with Fulham, West Ham and Reading all summer long but none of the trio have met The Terriers valuation of Rhodes; believed to be around the 8 Million mark.
Rhodes indeed scored in Huddersfield's pre-season tour on Scotland against Kilmarnock and manager Simon Grayson commented:-
'The chairman Dean Hoyle and I have spoken to Jordan about where we want the club to go. He's happy with the situation and so are we.
'It's business as usual. Jordan returned for pre-season and got straight down to work.'
It's great to see Rhodes still here and the statements coming from the club and with rumours dying down slowly, I along with many other Town fans am expecting Jordan Rhodes to start this Championship adventure with Huddersfield Town.

Last season was do or die for Jordan as far as his Town future was concerned.I think this season has its similarities.If Town stay in the championship,i think we will loose him.Promotion at the first attempt to the premiership is the only way we are realisticly going to keep hold of him again.
