Out-Of-Contract Luke Steele set for Terriers?

BARNSLEY Goalkeeper Luke Steele, 28, has been linked with a move to Huddersfield Town.

The Goalkeeper who will go down, in my memory at least, as keeping the ball for nearly 2 minutes on the final game of the season to relegate Peterborough; As Barnsley & Huddersfield played out a 2-2 draw that saw both Yorkshire sides survive in the Championship.

Steele, is out of contract this summer, and with Barnsley only prepared to offer a one-year-deal, the club captain is set to leave on a free transfer.

Ian Bennett is entering the final year of his contract at Huddersfield, and so a new keeper coming in shouldn't be ruled out, however would Steele be happy coming in to be a number 2 to Alex Smithies?
