Date Set For Cup-Tie & Algarve Details

A date for Huddersfield's league cup (Capital One Cup) first round meeting with Chesterfield has been set for Tuesday 12th August.

The Terriers' game at the league 1 sides Proact Stadium will kick-off at 7:45pm with the details of ticket prices to be announced in the coming days.

Details of the pre-season trip to the Algarve, which will involve two friendlies (one behind closed doors), were also announced today.

As league 1 outfit Doncaster Rovers will also be in the Algarve they'll be faced behind closed doors on Tuesday 15th July before the game against Portuguese side Sporting Club Olhanense on Saturday 19th July, with a 7:30pm kick-off.

They have some big name players in their side, who have all played some international football with the likes of Portugal, Denmark and Nigeria.
