Town new Multi Kit !

Huddersfield Town, will for the first time ever, have mulit-sponsored kit next season, that will have front and back of shirt and shorts advertising !

The club have signed deals with Huddersfield companies Dual Seal Glass and Stafflex.

Both have backed the club for many years, but Dual Seal will now have their name on the back of the blue and white stripes and Stafflex will appear on the shorts.

Following main club sponsors CasinoRed.com, who feature across the front of Town's shirt from next season.

Dual Seal have agreed a two-year sponsorship - taking them through the club's centenary season of 2008-09 - while Aspley recruitment company Stafflex have signed a one-year deal.

In a statement, David and Nigel Meredith of Dual Seal, who also back the Giants, said: 'With the most loyal fans in the Football League, a new manager in Andy Ritchie and a board and staff committed to success, we can only go in one direction. Championship here we come!'

Stafflex director Paul Balderstone was equally optimistic.

'While last season was not a vintage year, we are seeing some exciting developments on and off the field which give us great hope and anticipation for next season. The fans deserve a cracker. We are more than happy to have our name on the kit and, hopefully, we'll be able to tell League I, in Bart Simpson's words, to `eat my shorts'.'

Great, let's just send out eleven guys wearing A boards round their necks, or we could change shirts at half time with other sponsors on those shirts.

What's wrong with the socks, isn't the print large enough for people to see it.

Baseball Caps, or headgear ( a la Sodje), all the players could wear this and then we could get logo's and advertising on it.

We could rename the club Huddersfield Dual Seal AFC, and do like we do with the stadium, just keep changing names to get in more money from sponsors every few years.

Aah yes I can see it all, the futures bright its green, its money.

All fans know that the clubs, especially in the lower leagues need money, but come on, really is this the future of football, money, advertising, sponsorship and corporate speak.
