Jevons & Huddersfield are short term
Former Grimsby player Phil Jevons will not be playing against his former club for Huddersfield against the Mariners in the FA Cup second round on Saturday.
Jevons who of course has joined the terriers on a months loan has been refused permission to play in the cup by Bristol City his current registered club, as they do not want their striker cup-tied before they enter the competition.
If ever you needed an indication as to whether Jevons will be staying at the Galpharm, this is it, don't put any hopes into this signing being on our books for long.
