Town team to face Forest at the city Ground in the terriers first fixture of 2008

Glennon
Sinclair, Clarke, Mirfin, Williams
Holdsworth, Worthington, Collins, Kamara
Jevons, Booth,

subs
Smithies, Skarz, Beckett, Brandon, Schofield

Worthington returns to replace the returned to WBA Wallwork, and Schofield is dropped to the bench, which is not too surprising given his recent performances.

The Forest team is
Smith, Wilson, Morgan, Brechin, Lockwood, McGugan, Clingan, Lennon, Commons, Holt, Agogo

subs

Roberts, Davies, Perch, Cohen, Thornhill

Town opening the game with Boothy playing upfront almost on his own, with Jevons bolstering the midfield, almost playing a back four, a holding midfield player, three midfield players and an attacking midfield player, supporting Andy Booth.

Holdsworth gets booked with fifteen minutes gone

With half an hour gone, it is still 0-0.

Jevons has scored a penalty, given for a foul by Wilson on Kamara, Wilson has been sent off.

1-0 to Huddersfield and Forest down to ten men.

Surely this now a tremendous opportunity for the terriers.

A Huddersfield Town penalty, that is a rarity.

Half time 0-1, Huddersfield Town probably slightly fortunate to be in front.

Both teams have made a substitution at half time, Forest's Lennon is replaced by the fishy sounding Perch, and Worthington is replaced by Schofield for Huddersfield.

It will certainly not be repeat of last seasons terror for the terriers at the City Ground, when they side lost both the game and Peter Jackson his job, with the 5-1 defeat.

Ten minutes of the second half played, it remains Huddersfield Town 1-0 up with only ten Forest players to face.
