Jacko and Ritchie deals to be done
We recently ran an article on the surprising lack of contact that seems to have been made between Lincoln City and Huddersfield Town, given the almost inevitable movement of players that follows that of a managerial move, in this case Peter Jacksons from Huddersfield eventually to Lincoln City.

Then right on cue, we get this from current Huddersfield Town manager Andy Ritchie on htafc.com.
'I had a quick chat to Peter Jackson while at the Reserve game yesterday as he was keen to find out the position of some of our players for potential loan deals. He wants a centre-back and a goalkeeper, but nothing is concrete as of yet. I will be talking to him again today about the possibility of something happening. Some of the players who were involved against Coventry on Wednesday could do with going out on loan and getting some match practice. Tom Clarke is one who could feature in any possible move, but if Tom is the type of player that Peter wants is another thing. We need to discuss things further.'
The loan market opens up again on the 8th of February.

JAcko defo wont be signing Abbott, Fowler and co maybe letting tom clarke go out on loan till end of season would be a good call but prob better goin to a better team than lincoln? What do you think?

Theres no substitute for experience,and theres only so many reserve team places...In addition to the comments in the above article,if we want to bring our youngsters on without cramping their progress then its inevitable that some squad members will have to give up their shirts to them sooner or later...
Either they are loaned out or booted out at the end of their contracts...We cant allow a bottle neck at reserve level to hamper the great work being done by all our accademy staff...

it'd be great if tom was reunited with jacko at lincoln, bit of experience he desparatly needs with him being out for a lifetime. how about town getting someone from lincoln? i hear good stuff about lee frecklington:)

I would put out one of the keepers on loan, possibly Tom Clarke or Killock, Even Rachi shor term, the club has got to bring these lads on, and experience is the best way. Jacko could do himself and us a lot of good with Lincoln loans.

Unless he upsets them too much when they are there by damming them in the press like he has done in the past and still is doing to marriott his keeper could shatter our young lads confidence I agree they need to go out on loan but maybe to a team who are doing well like mk dons etc etc

Be very surprised if nothing happens, I think from whats been reported it might be Smithies and Killock and or Tom Clarke.
