T Time, no the game is much later at 7.45pm I hear you say.
T for Tuesday
T for Testing
T fot Temperament
This game is truly (another T their) a testing time for Town. Come away with a win or a creditable draw and I think fans will start to believe that the side really have turned the corner, and have at last got the right attitude, consistency and temperament for the long haul. Of course be defeated and with the Chelsea game to come it could be a very familiar story of feast followed by famine.
Andy Ritchie 'We are only seven points off the play-offs with games in hand and we feel that we have a chance if can keep picking up points. We must believe we can do it.
They could field the same side as on Saturday, New signing Cleveland Taylor is struggling for fitness.
Carlisle really do have some good players, Bridge-Wilkinson and Scott Dobie being just two. Westwood is a good keeper, and Joe Garner and Danny Graham are both into double figures on the scoring front, and in the Leagues Top 20 marksmen.
It looks like Worthington is out, and of course Cadamarteri is still not fit for action.
Brandon or Kamara could come into the first 11. Collins is fit to play having recovered from his knock.
Who else, can the new terrier keep up his defensive record, we haven't conceeded a goal with him in the side, yet.
Calisle took away a 2-0 victory from the Galpharm in August, and are in the play off places in FL1, they are on a club record streak of winning nine matches at home. Drawing away 1-1 at Port Vale on Saturday.
Toown of course are on a good run, not conceeding a goal in the last four outings.
This is an intriguing fixture, will Saturdays trip to Chelsea be on the terriers minds, can they upset Carlisles home record, can Page continue in his rich vein of form. Can Town really be considered play off potential from the lower half of the league. Bookies say 8/11 Carlisle, 11/5 Draw and 10/3 Town. I go for a draw.
