HUDDERSFIELD TOWN travel to The Valley to face Charlton today looking for 3 points to keep the pressure on in their race for second place in the npower league one table.
Huddersfield have several injuries to key players but are expected to welcome back Joey Gudjonsson and Gary Naysmith for today's match.
"Saturday will be a very tough game - I would imagine that they feel like they have underachieved this season. They are a big Club who have a good pedigree but they have found it tough going this year but we are not underestimating them. Charlton will be looking to get some momentum going heading into next season.
'Charlton have players who can win football matches, which we are well aware of us and are prepared for. However, come 3pm on Saturday all the history of both clubs goes out of the window and it is about who can hold their nerve and be the better team on the day. Our remaining three away games are fantastic in terms of the Stadium we will be playing in. Certainly the pitches at the Valley and stadium:mk are of high quality and suit passing teams. I feel we have played well during our 'big games' of the season, with the only exception our second-half performance away at Southampton."
Christian Dailly starts a 5 game suspension.
Keeper's Rob Elliot and Ross Worner are both still injured, Millwall loanee John Sullivan will continue in net.
Dean Parrett could be set for a return following a hamstring injury
The ex-Plymouth striker, linked with Town, is still banging in the goals for his new side.
Alex Smithies remains on the sidelines along with Anthony Pilkington, Damien Johnson and new casualty Liam Ridehalgh.
Joey Gudjonsson is expected to be fit for the game.
Gary Naysmith should also return.
The Youngster's Power and Pace could prove key as Town hit Charlton on the break.
'I have been in this type of scenario many times throughout the course of my playing career. On a number of occasions I have battled for promotions or titles so I know what it takes. Hopefully I can call upon my experiences and help the players through what is going to be a tough three weeks. I have complete faith in the players I send out on to the pitch on a matchday. The desire is still rife amongst the players, I can see it in training - they are desperate for success.'
Ollie Langford from the West Midlands will be the man in charge
