Huddersfield Town vs. Rochdale

Galpharm Stadium

10 March 2012

15:00

Preview: Huddersfield vs Rochdale

Huddersfield Town entertain Rochdale this afternoon at The Galpharm Stadium hoping for back to back home wins, and the potential prize of being back in second place in league one come 5pm.

Huddersfield are just two points adrift of second place and with both Sheffield club's facing difficult ties today, Town could capitalise.

Rochdale will be the club that stand in The Terriers way, Town only managed a draw in the reverse fixture earlier this season.

Rochdale lost 2-1 away at Carlisle in their last outing and currently sit bottom of the nPower League One table with just 30 points from their 35 games played.

Vital Quotes: Simon Grayson

'We need to be positive from the outset; I thought on Tuesday night we started the game well and if we can get the first goal in games it will settle everyone down,

'Saturday is going to be a tough game because Rochdale are down at the bottom scrapping for every point that is going. Every team is battling for points, because each point is vital at this stage of the season. We will give them the credit that they are due; they drew with Sheffield Wednesday last week so we know that they are going to be hard to break down and try and hit us on the counter attack.

'We have stressed to the players over the last few weeks that they have got to be patient when playing teams at home. Sometimes we are taking only one or two passes to score a goal when it maybe needs five or six to open a team up. We have to do things with tempo with and without the ball.'
