Huddersfield Town travel to London on Tuesday night to play their game in hand on their promotion rivals.
A win is all that would do against Orient at The Matchroom Stadium for Huddersfield as they chase the leading pack for automatic promotion.
The Terriers suffered their first defeat at the weekend under new boss Simon Grayson and will be looking for a vital 3 points that would see them close the gap to 5 points on second position.
Orient however will be no roll-overs as they are currently fighting a relegation battle they are currently just 5 points clear of the dreaded drop zone after a dismal run of just 2 wins in their last 10 games.
'It's down to the players more than me. I try and organise the players on the training pitch and pick the right players for the team we are playing against, but it's down to the players to show what they are capable of doing. They have shown through the course of the season that they are more than capable of beating anybody on their day and all we've done is tweak a few things. The players should have confidence because they have the ability to see a job through.
'At this stage of the season you're not doing too much training anyway - you're keeping the players ticking over. The games are coming thick and fast, so we're preparing properly. We're going down to Leyton Orient on Monday, staying over and coming back on Wednesday; we'll then prepare properly for the Sheffield Wednesday game before flying down to Bournemouth on the Sunday.
'We've been backed by the Chairman to do our preparation properly and that will give us the best opportunity. The players know what they need to do away from the ground too
'We've got some big games coming up and I think after the Easter period you will not be too far away from finding out where we're going to be, because we'll be down to the last four games of the season - the business end of it all.
'We've said it all along, but we just have to concentrate on what we do. We can't affect the midweek results or what happens elsewhere on a weekend - we just have to make sure we win as many games as possible.'
Paul Rachubka is expected to continue in goal following injuries to regular keepers Jamie Jones & Lee Butcher.
Leon McSweeney & Jamal Campbell-Ryce are doubtful after missing weekend games with a Calf & Ankle injury respectively.
Defender Scott Cuthbert is an absentee after suffering a hamstring injury, Loan defender Ryan Dickson is expected to feature instead.
Leads the scoring charts with 9 goals for Orient
Calum Woods missed the loss at Carlisle with a groin niggle.
Gary Naysmith, Oscar Gobern & Damien Johnson are all out injured.
The prolific hitman is due a goal - expect a good performance from him on Tuesday
