X town strikers have increased in number by 1 this week, and another of their number 'cheif' Wayne Allison returns with Chesterfield on Saturday.
'It was a big win for us on the south coast and if you get back-to-back wins you soon start moving up the table.
'We will be looking to continue this vein of form and take it into these two home games.'
No 'Pav' for sure
Both Beckett and Booth will be keen to emphasize to Peter Jackson that he made the right decision letting Abbott go to Swansea, by putting in good performances, preferably goalscoring performances
Chesterfield are looking to permanently sign Kyle Critchell (Southampton) defender and have brought in Peter Holmes (Luton) midfieldfer on loan till end of the season. Shane Nicholson has gone out on loan to Boston
Folan has 8 goals from 19 starts in the league, not to mention goals in their televised cup exploits. Town will have to watch this inform striker closely
Since the 0-0 draw on 23/12/06, Chesterfield have won 2 and lost 4. Losing to Brighton 1-0 last time out. Town on the back of two wins of course. Games between the two tend to be high scoring, ave 2.6 goals per game in the last 5 years
Ladbrokes currently offering 10/11 Town win, 11/5 Draw and 5/2 Chesterfield win. I agree and predict a 2-1 win for Town.
