Huddersfield welcome Manchester United to the John Smiths Stadium this afternoon in the Premier League!

The Terriers are huge underdogs, not just in this game, but in the entire league just like last season but the Terriers with their fighting spirit and #NoLimits attitude could perhaps pull off a shock result ?

Wagner is a manager that is still learning his trade, one characteristic of his side is the ability to bounce back and learn from defeats.

The recent home loss to Spurs will perhaps be reflected in how the team approach this match, perhaps with a little less naivety.

Much of Huddersfields game revolves around getting that first goal in a game, and how they could presently do with a goal having not found the net in 6 of their previous 7 games.

Manchester United roll into town carrying quite a significant injury list but reality is they should still have too much for little old Huddersfield, shouldn't they ?

Vital Quotes: David Wagner

"I`m so happy that our supporters and everybody in our dressing room knows exactly that we have our clear vision, we still have no limits, we are very ambitious, but we don`t have expectations which are unrealistic.

"This is something that everyone should be clear, that this will never change at this football club because that`s what made us strong so far; realistic expectations and unbelievable togetherness.

"If we keep this together with our ambitions, I am totally sure we have a chance and as I said at the start of the season you only like to have a chance.

"We have to make sure that we keep three things; be ambitious, keep realistic expectations and show this togetherness. These are the only reasons we are where we are at the minute; in the Premier League."

Turning his attention to todays opponents, Wagner mused

There`s no doubt about it, Manchester United is one of the top six clubs in the Premier League.

"We have already played Tottenham Hotspur at home, another one of the top six, even though it wasn`t the best result, I didn`t think the performance was as poor as the result was.

"We now have experience against top teams and hopefully, and this is our aim, we can show we have made a few steps further and that we`ve learned a lot out of the Tottenham game."

Huddersfield Town Team News:

Steve Mounie is expected to be fit to return to the squad although a bench place is most likely.

Collin Quaner, Kasey Palmer & Michael Hefele all remain sidelined

Player to watch: Christopher Schindler

The Lynch Pin of our defence will need to be on his A game.

If we can keep the ball out of the net we stand a chance

Manchester United Team News:

Marcus Rashford is fit for selection

Paul Pogba, Marouane Fellaini & Michael Carrick all miss out through injury

Marcos Rojo is a long term absentee as well as Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Eric Bailly is a large doubt with Victor Lindelof or Chris Smalling expected to deputise alongside Phil Jones.

Player to watch: Romelu Lukaku

Who else!

he is clearly the danger man, scores goals, Town will do well to keep him quiet this afternoon
