Calum Woods, born in Liverpool and came through the ranks as a Liverpool junior.
He was released in 2006 by Liverpool and signed at Scottish side Dunfermline on a free transfer.
He scored 13 goals in 132 appearances for Dunfermline.
He joined Huddersfield Town on a free transfer in June 2011 on a free transfer signing a deal that will see him through until the summer of 2013.
It soon became clear he was a replacement for the departing Lee Peltier who left The Terriers to join Leicester City.
