WATN - Martin McIntosh
Martin McIntosh joined Huddersfield Town from recently relegated Rotherham at the end of the 2004-05 season

Martin McIntosh had joined Rotherham from Scottish side Hibernian for 125,000 and was the club captain, making ove 130 appearances for the Millers.

McIntosh was released by the then Rotherham manager Mick Harford, who was trying to reduce the age of the Millers squad. McIntosh signed a two year deal at Huddersfield and went on to make 48 appearances for The Terriers, scoring 4 times.

His time at Huddersfield wasn't always a smooth ride suffering a knee injury in August 2005, which required surgery, he returned in December 2005, but was to fall out with then manager Peter Jackson early next season and found himself loaned out to Grimsby Town.

He returned to the team in March 2007 after Jackson was sacked but McIntosh found himself released at the end off the season and went onto join John McAliskey at Mansfield Town in 2007.

McIntosh is now currently trying his hand at management and is with his first club Worksop Town who play in the Evo-Stik Northern Premier League, Premier Division where they currently sit in second place on 28 points, 5 points behind league leaders FC Halifax Town.

He will have split loyalties come Tuesday night having played for both The Millers and The Terriers, but when the coin comes down his time at Rotherham is probably more fondly remembered.
